So this might be my new place. I've emailed back and forth with the woman who owns the place--and she said she will send me the lease agreement when she returns from her trip to Canada. She only rents to female grad students (so I would have 3 roommates). Rent includes all utilities, washer/dryer, parking spot, cable/internet, lawn and pool boy, and once a month maid service. It's about 5 miles or so from school and lease starts Aug 1.
So hopefully this will work out! (otherwise back to craigslist)... |
